Krishna Madiga calls on TPCC chief Hyderabad, April 29 (INN): Madiga Reservation Porata Samithi president Manda Krishna Madiga has alleged that there was a rise in case of atrocities on Dalits in Telangana State.
Speaking to media persons after meeting TPCC President N. Uttam Kumar Reddy in Assembly premises on Saturday, Krishna Madiga said that the State Government was suppressing incidents of atrocities on Dalits. He also alleged that DGP Anurag Sharma was not conducting periodical meetings on atrocities on Dalits in the State. He said he had met Uttam Kumar Reddy to seek Congress party's support in launching agitation against the atrocities. He said that the Congress chief has assured him of full support in the agitation.
Krishna Madiga said he would meet leaders of all political parties seeking their support to stop rising atrocities on Dalits.
