ACB raids Forest Ranger officers residence Nizamabad, Oct 14 (INN): Anti Corruption Bureau sleuths on Wednesday early morning conducted raids on the residence of Forest Ranger officer from Armour in Nizamabad district.
According to ACB official, Forest Ranger officer was identified as Annam Ravindar, ACB officials has conducted raids on his residences at Nizamabad.
Simultaneous searches were conducted by ACB Officials at the residences of his relatives and friends at Karimnagar and Nizamabad districts. Officials unearthed disproportionate assets worth about Rs 85 lakh.
The assets include 6 house plots, 1.24 acres of agricultural land, one car worth Rs 3,00,000, one scooter worth Rs 26,000, fixed deposits worth Rs 10,16,000, postal RDs worth Rs 1,09,000, shares worth Rs 31,000, bank balance of Rs 11,00,000, 60 tolas of gold ornaments worth Rs 7,00,000, LIC Insurance premium worth Rs 1,81,261, hand loans worth Rs 5,35,000, net cash worth Rs 2,40,000 and house hold articles worth Rs 2,96,550.
Mr Ravinder was arrested and will be produced before the Additional Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases, Hyderabad.
Case is under investigation.
