Pragna Maharshi worked in the USA and Europe as a Human Resource and Customer Relationship management consultant. He did M.A (Public Personnel Management) and M.Phil (Labour Studies). He can speak fluent German and some Spanish.
Maharshi is the author of a book, "Global Skills - The Hottest Skills of 21st Century Workplace".
After around eight years of living and working on both sides of the Atlantic, he moved back to his motherland i.e. India with an aim to give back to the society. To this extent he founded a non-profit organization called 'Alliance for Skilled Workforce' (ASW), which brings together the business leaders in India to formulate and implement strategies, helps and guides the policy-makers in the government in making India a skilled nation.
Apart from this, he also trains Managers and leaders on Global Skills, guides entrepreneurs in establishing or managing SMEs (small and medium enterprises) that are aiming to explore and exploit the international market.
He is the founder of the concepts called "Skilled India 2020" and "Skill Carnival". He is based at Hyderabad but frequently travels internationally. |
