Shoes Hurled On Indian Director At Pak Airport Bollywood filmmaker Kabir Khan who recently delivered super hit film 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' faced ire of protestors in a Pakistan airport. The director of 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' and 'Phantom', flew to Karachi on Tuesday to participate at a conference and he was scheduled to speak at the Marketing Association of Pakistan's annual conference.
When he was about to board a plane for Lahore he was stopped by a mob at Karachi airport who raised slogans against him. Some protestors waved shoes at him and shouted anti-India slogans. The furious Pakistani protesters questioned the director about his Phantom.
They even questioned him why he did not make movies depicting the role played by the Indian intelligence agency RAW in Pakistan. However, he was soon moved to a lounge by the Airport security.
Its known that Kabeer khan's Phantom was met with a ban in Pakistan for its anti-Pakistan content. Phantom was a fictional which was based on 26/11 Mumbai Attacks, where Saif's character Daniyal Khan goes to Pakistan and kills four of the main accused in the case
