Google honors NT Rama Rao Legendary NTR is synonym for Tleugu pride. He is known for his roaring appearance and stunning performance. He is loved and adored even now for his stunning performances in mythological roles. His impact on state politics was high and it changed the face of politics in Andhra Pradesh. Now the legendary icon received a rare honor from search engine giant, Google.
Google paid rich tribute to NTR by introducing new fonts after his name. Google introduced total six fonts and named its new fonts after NTR. Google also named a font after Mandali Venkata Krishna Rao, former education minister.
In total, Google have 17 fonts in Telugu. These fonts can be used free of cost. More Telugu Fonts will be added to Google directory in January next year. Most of the fonts have been released by Silicon Andhra under SIL Open Font Licese 1.1.
To name one of the Google fonts after NTR's name is an honour not only to him but for all the Telugu speaking people across the world. This is the great honor for legendary actor Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao indeed!
