Superstar's hit and run case verdict Most of you do not need any introduction on Salman Khan and he is called the mighty heart of Bollywood. But Salman has a past that has been haunting him from many years and one such matter is the 'hit and run' case which led to the death of few footpath dwellers.
A Mumbai court on Tuesday said the verdict for the 2002 hit-and-run case against Bollywood actor Salman Khan will be pronounced on May 6.''Salman has been facing trial since nearly 13 years in the accident case in Bandra, in the early hours of'September 28, 2002, which left one pavement dweller dead and four others injured.
Salman Khan is accused of driving his SUV onto pavement dwellers near a bakery in Bandra. The case was in court from a long time. The defense and prosecution concluded their final arguments on Monday. Salman Khan's advocate Shrikant Shivde, while concluding his arguments, said the accident occurred after a trye burst and that it was no one's fault.The decision of the court will be announced on May 6 th and if actor proves guilty he has to serve jail for ten years.
