| Every town/city is expanding because of real estate boom. I am wondering at what rate the vegetables will be sold in future. Think of HYD surrounding . The agricultural land is depleting so fast , There will not be any cultivation land in and around 100KM or so. If this is the case what is the transportation cost that adds to a load of vegetables . Daily you require these vegetables and fruits (you cannot eat the land or Rupee notes ). I think that people will suffer for these basic things in near future .Think of social factors. Remember MAN and Science cannot create/invent anything that is eatable except medicine. so Think of nature's balance which is very much required for the habitation of humanbeings, otherwise entire human race will suffer in the long run.If there isno food , the crores of rupees donot have any value . Long live nature , Long live humanbeings.

this article describes the current trends going on in the areas close to fab city etc. to my knowledge some land acquisition is due from govt on srisailam hiway, better to in vest in maheswaram .nagaram and mansanpallyxroads. these areas are hardly 6 km to fab city etc purely residential zones. kandukur xroads even though on srisailam hiway it will take 3to 4 years for real habitation.do not fall pray to the ventures with instalment basis. go for clear title immidiate registration as your invest ment is wellprotected.DTCP APPROVAL AND FINAL LAY OUT IS MUST INTHIS AREA FOR INVESTMENT
