| helmet is safe 100% but even if you wear helmet
you will not hear most of sounds, it seems, when
we are driving we have to put mind on the driving

Wearing Helmet is for our safety and not for Rules we wear it. Hope every one will care for their safety and wear helemt while driving a 2 wheeler!!!

Well..i too know of this incident.... indeed pathetic to know this..tht even though helmet was there by his side, he dint use it. As far as i am concerned, i never start my vehicle without a helmet. Hope evryone understands the need and use helmet for safety rather than for Traffic police's sake.
