It was in the year 1970 A.D., we observed that our planet earth is slowing down in its Rotations by a Second every year. We know, why earth is slowing down in its rotations? We also know one second is the time by which earth rotations are slowing down. Hence we have to remove one second from every year [31.5 million seconds] to correct the decrease of one second in time.

You may know an hour is equal to 3600 seconds, If we go 3600 years ahead {in our future}. Then There will be reduction of an hour in the year 5570 A.D. {1970 A.D. + 3600 years}.
How ?
