My dream originated from the following current practices of the TTD on the Holy Seven Hills of Tirumala:
· There is no linkage between the availability of accommodation and the possibility of Dharshan.
· There are privileges being enjoyed by the so-called VVIPs that are highly discriminatory and shall not be allowed in a spiritual place like Tirumala.. Before the Lord of Seven Hills every devotee is equal.
· The rules and regulations of Darshan are not Devotee centric.
· The work processes of the TTD and the TTD staff do not manifest the purpose of the TTD and its mandate of serving the Devotees the best way through various services and facilities.
· Out right commercialization on the hills by allowing traders to cheat the Devotees. It is unimaginable to see that impure and unhygienic food is being served in private hotels and restaurants being operated on the Hills.
· The TTD Chief Executive Officer does not symbolize the purpose of this position. He is the Pradhan Sevak of the Devotees (The Chief Servant of the Devotees). Unfortunately the Devotees have to take so much trouble to meet him.
· The Prasadam shall not be sold. The Prasadam shall be gifted away.
· There shall not be any ticket for the Darshan the Darshan shall be free. The various Sevaas being performed and the charges being levied on the devotees to have a darshan during these Sevaas shall also be considered as free Darshan timings.
· There shall not be any commercial activity on the Hills in any manner. Every thing shall be made available free of cost.
· The donations to the lord shall be used for many better purposes and the Tirumala Hills shall also serve as the abode of peace, spirituality and service to humanity with humility.
· The Veda Pathasaala shall be made as one of the best in the world.
· And many more aspects from the Devotees point of view and from the Service point of view like the Niyamaavali for the Devotees and the TTD Promises to each Devotee.
The ultimate objective is to transform Tirumala as the highest seat of spirituality and service to humanity in the world with humility.
