You are aware that it is not so easy to start a new political party. Loksatta took its own time and resources to become a political party. Same is the case with Chiranjeevi. It is not easy for him to start afresh and make it effective. I am sure Loksatta would be able to convince him of the unique advantage he gets by associating with Loksatta. The process Loksatta wishes to adopt for selecting candidates, fund the election campaign, etc., can be shared with him so that he gets convinced.
Similarly TV5 can seek the support of all famous film stars like Nagarjuna, Venkatesh, Allu Arjun, Jr.NTR etc. With MAA along with its TV channel (Maa TV) Chiranjeevi can further forge very effective associations that give competetive advantage over others. The CSR acvitivities of companies like Satyam, wipro, infosys, etc can be covered strategically to ensure the 5 basic things. By networking with Hi-tech companies TV5 can encourage the younger generation to caste their votes without fail.
Networking is the hallmark of success for Loksatta, TV5 and Chiranjeevi. It is on this premise that I have made the above proposals to you all.
If TV5 is serios about the Five basic things that it wishes to focus on - food, shelter, clothing, education and health - it should cement such strategic relationships that ensure these.
If Chiranjeevi is really serious about doing a substantial good for the people of this state, he should leverage his huge mass following for a systematic development that is possible with a network of good people that is already available with Loksatta.
If Loksatta and its leader Dr. JP are not craving for Power, it should get into a meaning dialogue with Chiranjeevi and TV5.
