Hi All,
Currently please dont buy any lands and flats in hyderabad.there are many issues with lands in hyderabad.i have a friend he brought a 500sqr yards land in KPHB after one year he identified that land is in troubles.
Before buying anything make sure that all the documents should be clear.

I guess the real esate boom is little hyped up in AP and prices are going to be corrected soon.
