According to reports, the TTD Board has decided to close the road to complete all pending repair works on the stretch. The Board has decided to complete the repair works before March 30 as the temple witness a huge rush of devotees during the summer season. The officials said the traffic, which would be disrupted on the road during the repair works, would be temporarily diverted through the link road to the first Ghat road.
The officials said they have made all alternative arrangements before closing the road. Till the completion of repair works, the traffic will be allowed to run on first Ghat road.
