Sachin's day out at Paradise Hyderabad: It was a pleasant surprise for people of Secunderabad. The surroundings of popular food joint Paradise suddenly burst into activity with master blaster Sachin Tendulkar stepped out of his car at the entrance of the restaurant.
Sachin, who came to the city to attend a private function, squeezed in some time to have a sip of famous Irani chai at Paradise. Apparently, he accepted the invitation of the management of the restaurant.
The police, led by Central Zone Deputy Commissioner of Police V B Kamalasan Reddy, made elaborate bandobust for Sachin's brief visit. The restaurant management arranged bouncers to provide security cover to the master blaster.
It took some time for the people passing by to believe that it was indeed the little master who just stepped into the restaurant. And within seconds, the news spread like wild fire and hundreds of people thronged the area to get a glimpse of the Indian cricket icon.
There was ruckus on the roads as people pushed each other to get near Tendulkar. Security personnel and police had a tough time controlling the mob that was trying to click photographs from their mobile phones.
Sachin, who spent some time by biting snacks, having a sip of famed Irani tea and chatting with the hotel staff, did not disappoint his fans. He came out of the hotel, waved at the huge crowd and exchanged smiles with the onlookers. He also obliged some of the fans to sign a few autographs.
