Ponguleti asks KCR to resolve Polavaram tangle Hyderabad, Sept 20 (INN): Congress MLC Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy on Saturday alleged that people living in seven mandals of Khammam district, which were merged with Andhra Pradesh through an ordinance, were facing lot of problems.
Speaking to media persons here, Ponguleti said that the alleged attack on Aswaraopet MLA was the fallout of problems being faced by the people of those seven mandals.
He appealed to Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to display his skills in resolving the issue by involving Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu, YSRCP chief Jagan Mohan Reddy and other state holders.
Expressing dissatisfaction over the representation made to the 14th Finance Commission by the State Government, Ponguleti said that KCR should have involved all opposition parties while making the representation. He said joint efforts would have ensured good benefits for the new State of Telangana.
