Three persons killed in Road Accidents Hyderabad, Oct 28 (INN): Three persons, including an elderly woman, were killed in different cases of road accidents in the city.
In a case of hit-and-run, a 73-year-old woman died on the spot after she was hit by an unidentified vehicle while she was trying to cross the road near Kothapet in the early hours of Tuesday. The Saroornagar Police later identified the deceased as G Ratnamma, a resident of Shanti Nagar of Pedda Amberpet.
In a similar case, Syed Muzaffar, 35, succumbed to the injuries which he suffered after being hit by an unidentified two-wheeler while crossing the road near AP Tourism Office at Basheerbagh on October 26. He was admitted to the Osmania General Hospital where he died today. He was a painter and resident of Phoolbagh, according to Saifabad police.
In another incident, 35-year-old N Babu of Kompally, suffered grievous injuries when the motorcycle he was riding was hit by a private school bus near Viqarabad crossroads on Monday. He was shifted to the OGH where he died on Monday night, Viqarabad police said.
