Deva Katta to direct Manchu Vishnu Deva Katta made an impressive debut with Vennela and later on made critically acclaimed Prasthanam. His Autonagar Surya turned out to be a dud at BO and the director was not in the news from a few days.
After 'Autonagar Surya' Deva Katta did not sign any project as he is busy penning a script. Latest reports say that, he will be working with Manchu Vishnu in the remake of Tamil action thriller 'Arima Nambi.'
Arima Nambi was an action thriller film directed by Anand Shankar. It was successful in Tamil and Vishnu hopes to impress upon Telugu spectators with the film's remake.
Talking about this film, Deva Katta said "I am excited about the film and my team is making necessary changes to the script to suit taste of Telugu audience.This will be a perfect commercial entertainer and we are sure that Telugu audience will love our film'.
If everything falls in its place, this project might launch in November and to be produced by Vishnu on his home banner 24 Frames Factory. Manchu Vishnu is presently starring in Erra Bus, a remake of Tamil film.
