CBI Court accepts 11th charge-sheet in Jagan's DA case Hyderabad, Nov 22 (INN): A Special CBI court on Saturday accepted the 11th charge sheet filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation in the 'quid pro quo' investment case against YSR Congress Party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and others.
The charge sheet, filed by the CBI before the Principal Special Judge for CBI Cases on September 9 this year, was related to Indu Projects Ltd (Housing), which allegedly invested Rs 70 crore in various firms owned by Jagan Mohan Reddy, in return for the favours granted by his late father and the then Chief Minister Dr YS Rajashekar Reddy. The CBI had named 14 accused in its charge sheets.
The CBI Court has issued summoned all the accused including Jagan Mohan Reddy, Ongole MP YV Subba Reddy, Jagan's financial advisor Vijay Sai Reddy, senior IAS officer SN Mohanti, Indu Group chairman Shyam Prasad Reddy and PV Krishna Prasad. The accused have been asked to appear before the court on December 19.
