Talasani tours Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar Hyderabad, April 10 (INN): Commercial Taxes Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav on Friday visit the Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar area and interacted with the local residents about their grievances.
Talasani was accompanied with GHMC Commissioner and Special officer Somesh Kumar, Housing Secretary Dana Kishore and other senior officials. He directed the officials to ensure continuous supply of drinking water in the area and availability of all basic amenities. He said that the existing community hall at Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar would be modernized. A function hall and a market with all facilities would also be constructed at a cost of Rs. 6 crores, he announced.
Somesh Kumar informed that the GHMC was planning to take up development of 200 vegetable markets in the GHMC limits for which proposals are being prepared. He said that the existing street lights would be replaced with LED lights with a cost of Rs. 4.5 lakhs.
Dana Kishore said that the Sanjeeva Reddy Community Hall land, which is worth about Rs 25 crores, would be developed by constructing a multi-complex for which designs are being prepared and would be placed before the government for necessary approval.
