Revanth Reddy to be released on Wednesday Hyderabad, June 30 (INN): Technical glitches and non-completion of legal formalities has delayed the release of TDP MLA A Revanth Reddy from Cherlapally Central Prison by one day and he will be released only on Wednesday.
According to sources, the release of Revanth Reddy and two other accused Sebastian and Udaya Simha got delayed as the Special Court for ACB Cases insisted on submission of original order of the High Court which granted bail. Further, the depositing of bail amount of Rs. 5 lakh each too got delayed. Despite serious efforts, the lawyers could not complete the formalities before the jail timing.
Therefore, Revanth Reddy and two others will be released on Wednesday. The TDP workers have planned grand celebrations to mark Revanth Reddy's release.
