Awareness about cleaner cities held at Raahgiri Hyderabad, Nov 29 (INN): Action 2015 India, has organised cultural programs in order to educate the public and the authorities on sustainable transport, cleaner cities and safer roads.
Reason behind this is this weekend on 28th and 29th thousands across 100 Plus countries united in order to show their solidarity towards the climate just ahead of the COP21, where world leaders from 190 countries would gather to decide on a new climate agenda in Paris.
Action/2015 India along with the WNTA network is coordinating activities in 10 states at the grassroot level.
Regular activities of Raahgiri - Zumba, Cycling, Galli Cricket Carroms, Volleyball, Badminton etc were held at Raahgiri. There was a folk songs performance too.
