TS Govt, Cisco inks pact for Smart City project Hyderabad, July 21 (INN): Cisco Systems, a global major in planning, designing and implementing smart cities, and its technology solutions partner Paradigm Mtuity, will implement a pilot project under Hyderabad Smart City.
The Telangana Government, Cisco and Mtuity have come together to plan Hyderabad Smart City by identifying relevant technology interventions/use cases.
Under the memorandum of understanding signed with the state government here on Thursday, the two companies will implement the pilot project near the Hitech City to showcase real benefit of implementing smart.
The MoU was signed by the officials of the state government and representatives of the two companies in the presence of Telangana's Information Technology Minister K.T. Rama Rao. Cisco India MD Purushottam Kaushik, Telangana's IT Secretary Jayesh Ranjan and GHMC Commissioner Dr. B. Janardhan Reddy were present.
