Telangana government released a circular about tax on AP transport vehicles. Telangana government released a circular about tax on Andhra Pradesh transport vehicles.They made changes in circular before division of state, they have to pay taxes who enters in to Telangana state. The private vehicles union is going to court on this circular. AP Transport minister Siddha Raghava Rao has lambasted Telangana Chief Minister KCR for violating the provisions of AP Reorganization Act 2014, with regard to collecting taxes on vehicles entering from AP. He said as per the Act, no tax can be collected at border check posts until March 31, 2015. He faulted the Telangana government for collecting taxes from AP vehicles since Tuesday morning. He called it atrocious and unfortunate. He said democratic means shall be followed by elected governments.
