They talk very smart and polite before booking the house. Their construction quality is very poor. They Construct the house with out proper any permissions from the required authorities. Later we will end up paying so many penalty fee. They say deliver house in 6 months, but it never happens to any customer. minimum 2 years or more they take. If the rates shoot up mean while, then they will ask
for additional payments. This is a big cheating company. Never book house for construction here. Their rates seems to be very competitive , but in the end we will end up paying more than market price for no additional benefit . They really create lots of headache even during construction. They are very good in booking and collecting payments but worst when it come to delivery and construction of the house on time..

Interesting part is their ventures are close to the city, but they cheat us in all the ways.Poorest quality. There is no comparison on what they say and what they deliver. In act they construct house with out proper permissions with all manipulations eventually we will end up paying all penalties. Just be careful while booking for the house in this company. I would rather suggest don’t go with this company at all.You have better reliable developers and builders in and around the same locality if you can explore. After booking with these people I understood they are no more cheap and competitive,almost all the developers in tat locality are same priced.I booked a house with them in 2006,it is still not developed.during construction phase they charged me higher than what committed stating cement and steel rates are gone up.be careful while booking with these people and take care of your hard earned money
