I am Jagan_BFA. Here i would like to tell something about meditation to the beginners and interested TeluguPeople.com friends.

What is Mediation?
Meditaion means dhyaanam. In sanskrit `dhyanam' means travel through your breathing. According to Lord Gouthama Buddha this is called as Aanaapaanasathi.
How we can do Mediation?
Although many methods are there in mediation the follwing are some widely follwed by people.
1. You have to sit freely.
2. And close your eyes.
3. Be realxed. Dont get uneasy .
4. Start observing in natural way the breath how it is travelling.
5. While you are doing that invariably some thoughts would come across your mind.
6. Observe them. But dont travel with them.
7. Try to concentrate on your breathing again.
8. By doing like this, at one stage, breathing will become short in length.
9. At this time you can get comsic energy which renders abundant energy, healthy body and mind and can do many things.
10. You can do start meditation anytime anywhere and under any condition.
11. Anyway better do in the moony days because the cosmic energy flows much during those days.
