Corriander - 4 bunches
Green Chilly - 5 no's
Rice- 2 Cups
Ginger garlic paste
Cumin seeds
Channa dal
Curry leaves
Peas- 1/4 cup
Mint leaves
Salt : Sufficient
For Making Corriander Paste(Grind well chopped corriander+salt+2 chillies)
Preparation :
First cook the rice and keep it aside. Add mint leaves if interested to rice before cooking.
Now take a pan add 3 table spoons of oil then add dried chilly, cumin seeds, channa dal, curry leaves. Add boiled peas, sliced green chilly, and 1/4 th teaspoon of ginger garlic paste and saute it till the peas changes colour. Now add the corriander paste and saute for 4-5 min add salt according to your taste. Now add the cooked rice and fry it for 2-3 mins.
Now it is ready to eat. You can have it with raitha or you can have it plane.
