Cauliflower : 100 grames
French beans : 100 grames
Carrots : 100 grames
Cabbage : 100 grames
Cucumber : 100 grames
Capsicums : 100 grames
Onions : 100 grames
Celery sticks : 4
Ajinomoto powder : 1/2 teaspoon
refined oil : 4 teblespoons
Salt to taste
green chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce to serve
For the sauce
Brown vinegar : 3/4 teacup
Sugar : 3/4 teacup
Water : 1 teacup
Plain flour : 2 teablespoons
Soya sauce : 2 teablespoons
Tomato ketchup : 4 teablespoons
Cut the french beans and celery into small pieces.
Slice the carrots and onions.
Cut the rest of the vegetables into flat big pieces.
Place all the ingredients of the sauce in a vessel, mix well and put to boil. go on cooking and stirring until the sauce is thick.
Heat the oil thoroughly in a vessel and add the vegetables and ajinomoto powder. cook on a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
add the prepared sauce and salt and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve hot with chillies in vinegar and chill sauce.
