Beans Rice

Preparation : 15 minutes
Cooking Time : 30 minutes
 
Ingredients:
Baked Beans : 450 gms
French Beans : 100 gms
Carrots : 100 gms
Potatoes   100 gms
Onions   225 gms
Tomato ketchup   ½ cup
Chilli powder   1 tsp
Ghee   4 tsp
Salt   to tast
Uncooked Rice : 1½ cup
Butter : 2 tsp
 
Preparation:

Cut the vegetables into cubes. Cut the onions into big cubes. Heat the ghee in a vessel and fry the onions till brown in colour. Add the vegetables and off tea cup of water. Cover and cook until the vegetables are soft. Add the beans, tomato ketchup, chilli powder and salt and cook for a few minutes.

 
For the buttered rice

Boil the rice. Each grain of the cooked rice should be separate. In a big vessel, warm the butter, add the cooked rice and salt and cook for 1 minute.

 
How to Serve

Pack the rice in a mould and invert of a plate. Fill the centre with the vegetables.
