Preparation : 20 minutes
Cooking Time : 30 minutes
 
Ingredients:
     
Plain Flour : 2 tsp
Potatoes :

100 gms

Carrots :

100 gms

French beans : 100 gms
butter : 1 tsp
Grated Cheese : 1 teacup
Fresh Cream : ¾ cup
Chopped Parsley   1 tsp
Salt & Pepper : To taste
 
Preparation:
Cut the vegetables into small cubes. Heat the butter in a vessel and fry the flour for a little time. Add the vegetables and fry again for a few minutes. Add the cream, salt, pepper, parsely and half of the cheese. Sprinkle the balance cheese on top.
 
Serve hot.
