Mix the plain flour and off tsp salt in 1 teacup of water. Mix the chilli powder, amchur powder, off tsp salt and vamu. Dip the paneer pieces in the batter. Deep fry the paneer pieces in oil. Roll them into the prepard masala mixture. Put on toothpicks and serve hot. | | |
