వ్యక్తిత్వమంటే ఇతరులను సమానంగా చూడగలగడమే. ఇతరులలో మన గుణాలే ఉంటాయనుకోవడమే. తట్ట అల్లే స్త్రీ, కుండలు చేసే స్త్రీ ఇద్దరూ శిల్పులనుకోవడమే. ప్రతి వ్యక్తిలోని ప్రతిభను గుర్తించి వెలికి తియ్యగలగడమే. ఈ వ్యక్తిత్వ పూర్ణత వల్ల విశ్వజనీనత భావన వస్తుంది. బౌద్ధంలోని తల్లితనం, విశ్వజనీన భావం, వ్యక్తిత్వ నిర్మాణం మానవోత్తేజాన్ని కలిగిస్తుంది. మానవుడు విశ్వజనీనుడైతే స్వార్ధంలేని సమాజ రూపకల్పన జరుగుతుంది. ఇదే సమసమాజ భావనకు మూలం. మనిషి తాను ఆరోగ్యంగా సమాజాన్ని ఐక్యంగా జీవులన్నిటినీ ప్రాణప్రదంగా చూసుకోగలిగే వ్యక్తిత్వ నిర్మాణం జరుగుతుంది. బౌద్ధం ఒక మానసిక శాస్త్రం. ఒక సమాజ నిర్మాణ శాస్త్రం. ఒక వైద్యశిబిరం. ఒక ఉత్తేజ కెరటం. బౌద్ధం ఒక సామాజిక సంబంధాల సర్వస్వం. ఒక జీవన క్రమ విధానం. ఒక వ్యక్తిత్వ నిర్మాణ మార్గం. అందుకే బౌద్ధపథంలో నడుద్దాం.
