Way of dressing : I'm not talking abt jeans and shirts. Even our
conservative indian society accepts it's convenience. But tube tops, mini skirts, bikini, spaghetti strap short dresses, low-lying designer jeans, party dresses with plunging necklines.. my my.. lots and lots of skin on free show! Why they wear this? convenience? c'mon.. these are the most inconvenient dresses! so.. it's all for the benefit of the men and to attract the best catch or just for the fun of it! Also inviting trouble, one must say! These kind of dresses send out wrong feelers. I would like to point out that we all live in India. Be a Roman when u r in Rome, remember?
Soft, caring, giving, sensitive : Women are losing their soft nature, one cant deny. 'Caring' and Giving is an ingrained qualities of women. But of lately, this caring turned into selfishness.
'Giving' turned into 'u-give-i-give' competition with men. Even their fecundity is looked upon as a burden and some even deny it.
Some women might call this freedom. But we live in india and we have to abide by certain rules.
Blindly following western ways is not wise. We all know how western society is suffering because of their free culture!
Some might call this old-fashioned, outdated ideas. But no, it's not. Women should know what is freedom. It's easy to break anything, but very very hard to make.
Our indian culture is based on women. Why? because women nurture her family, teach them good values like loyalty, love, care and gives them stability.
A stabilised home life gives harmony to the society. A peaceful society makes a strong nation.
So what is the role today's women should play? Women better use their freedom to enrich themselves instead of copy-cating western ways. She should be authoritative, but not dominative.
She should be caring and giving. The world is yet to find a more effective weapon than these 2!
