A small community in South India is terrorized and held to ransom by a notorious gangster, who kills anyone standing in his way. A young man Devaa comes to stay there for his father's medical treatment. When he witnesses the injustice done to the residents of the small town by the gangster and his men, he decides to fight it. Deva's battle to end the tyranny of the gangster and save the day is the crux of the story.
