Dear Venu: I did not entertain anything on the mails. I worked hard and got through my MA Education in high plus first class. I later regd my name for the PhD in Education and submitted the thesis to the IGNOU. I am being invited to sit for the viva-voce and I will be declared to get the PhD degree before the end of this April. I am eligible for the promotion. I am still without a son/daughter. My husband Madhavakrishna Reddy did not disturb me and my studies these three years. He is slightly weak because of his real estate trade. Let be in exchange of the emails. Yours Sneha
