Pawan and Puri coming together Hyderabad: The long wait of Pawan Kalyan's fans to see their star working with ace director Puri Jagannadh once again after 'Badri' will be fullfilled shortly.
Yes, Puri who is on a high after 'The Businessman's good opening at the box-office has revealed today that he will soon be making a film with Power Star who has given him a directorial break with 'Badri'.
'Just met Pawan kalyan. Finally doing a film together. Very sooooooon,' is what the director revealed on twitter. The response to the statement was such that Puri was flooded with tweets after tweets from Pawan Kalyan's fans and from industry insiders too.
Said Pawan's nephew Allu Sirish congratulating Puri, 'Wow.. Congrats! Please make it on Geetha Arts if possible. We have distrib office all over South India. Biggest movie cheddam.'
Writer-director BVS Ravi joined the chorus and had this to say; 'Supremely happy wid Puri Sir's "power packed" tweet!!!! Exciting. Isnt that.' This isn't the first time that Puri wanted to re-unite with Pawan Kalyan.
Earlier a couple of subjects were narrated by the director to the actor but nothing has been materialised.
In the meantime, Power star's 'Gabbar Singh,' a remake of Hindi block-buster 'Dabangg' has finished its second schedule in Hyderabad on Tuesday.
The unit will be heading to Pollachi once again this week for a long outing which will witness major portions of the film being canned over there.
The film directed by Harish Shankar is slated to release on April 27, 2012. Shruthi Haasan is paired opposite the 'Khushi' star.
