The AP cabinet has taken a decision yesterday over AP capital and it was decided on Vijayawada - Guntur region and AP CM Chandrababu instructed the Ministers to stay away from talking to media on this issue . Following this it is thought that an announcement would be made on AP capital by the CM in today's Assembly but the announcement is postponed for more exercise on this and also the absence of the opposition Leader Jagan in the house is said to be one of the reasons
