3 teaspoons black gram 3 teaspoons bengal gram(split) 2 teaspoons mustard-black 2 teaspoons jeera/cumin 3 tablespoons groundnuts 2 cups atukulu/ poha - hard 2 tamatoes – finely chopped 1 onion – finely chopped 10 tablespoons lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon haldi 5 curry leaves 1 green chillies – chopped 1 dry red chilly 5 tespoon oil 7 cups water salt to taste Add salt, turmeric to water and bring it to boil. Now add poha to water and keep it on flame for 30 seconds. Remove from flame and drain the excess water and keep it a side. Pop groundnuts, bengal gram, Blackgram, mustard-black, jeera, Dry Red chillies, Green chillies and Curry Leaves. Add chopped onion, chopped tamatoes with a pinch of salt ( don’t add more salt as you have already added it to cook poha). when tomatoes are cooked add poha stirr thoroughly and remove it from flame. Now add Lemon juice and serve it hot.
