Power line snaps, affects train services Nellore, Sept 19 (INN): Train services were affected on Nellore-Chennai section as a high tension wire snapped at Nelaballi in Doravarisatram mandal in Nellore district on Sunday. According to South Central Railway sources, several express and passenger trains were running behind the schedule following snapping of the high tension wire.
The officials have deputed a special team to repair the high tension power line. Following the incident, the officials are running trains on single route.Navajeevan Express, Shalimar Express, Thiruvanthapuram Express were running one hour behind schedule. The officials have rescheduled some express trains starting from Chennai and Tirupati stations.
