The minister on Wednesday took part in the election campaign in Yemmiganur Assembly constituency, where the by-poll is scheduled to be held on June 12. He visited several villages and interacted with the voters seeking them to exercise their franchise in support of the Congress candidate.
Addressing the gathering at different places in Yemmiganur constituency, he cautioned the people that the vote for the YSRCP would pave a way for creating a new state and the people from both the regions would have to pay a huge price for the future consequences.
Stating that the Congress has decided to field a BC candidate from Yemmiganur this time, he said that the people should think over the party's social justice policy and extend their support for the Congress nominee.
