AP CM Inaugurated 'Amara Raja Growth Corridor'at Chittoor Tirupati, May 7th, 2015: The 'Amara Raja Growth Corridor' (ARGC) was inaugurated, today, by the Honorable Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Mr. N. Chandrababu Naidu. The Chief Minister also unveiled the plastics injection moulding Facility under the Mangal Industries Limited.
ARGC is the most ambitious project of Amara Raja Group,( one of the leading business conglomerate from South India), situated in the state of Andhra Pradesh at just 8 Kms away from the town of Chittoor, on the highway from Chennai to Bangalore. ARGC is a premium industrial infrastructure zone with high-speed connectivity to the cities of Chennai and Bangalore. ARGC is already off to a start with the manufacture of Industrial batteries and Automotive batteries. Besides these plants, plans are underway for setting up of manufacturing facilities for Engineering plastics, Auto Components, Electronics, Electrical Components and Tubular Storage Batteries.
