Why Nayan cried for 30 minutes?
Nayanatara is one of the leading actresses in South Cinema. She is one of those rare actresses among the current generation who is acting with senior and younger actors. Earlier the seductress was in news for crying at last day shoot of Sri Rama Rajyam movie. Once again she did it and this time during a premier of her yet to be released film.
Tamil hero Arya recently held a private screening of his next production venture, Amara Kaaviyam, for his close friends and Nayanthara was among those who attended the screening. It is learnt that Nayantara wept for 30 minutes after watching the film - a love story. She was spotted telling her friends that the film rekindled many old memories in her.
Director of the film Jeeva also confirmed the news and said Nayatatara is an emotional actress, she even wept after reaching home, says the director. He takes this as a big compliment, saying that making people laugh and cry is the toughest thing to do in cinema.
Jeeva however, said that the film will not be a tearjerker and it will have equal share of romance and comedy. He added that making someone laugh and cry with the same film is one of the difficult tasks of a filmmaker and 'Amara Kaaviyam' will achieve that.
While some say that this just a publicity stunt, being a senior actress why would Nayantara cry for that long? We will soon find out what made really Nayan cry for literally 30 long minutes. For now, it just sounds like another publicity stunt.
Touted to be a romantic entertainer set in 1980s 'Amara Kaaviyam' has music by Ghibran whose songs for the film are already topping the charts. The film is expected to release soon.
