Naidu, KCR should resolve disputes: Venakaiah Hyderabad, July 27 (INN):Union Minister for Urban Development M Venkaiah Naidu on Sunday advised the Chief Ministers - Nara Chandrababu Naidu and K Chandrasekhara Rao to sit together to resolve the disputes between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States.
Speaking to media persons here, Venkaiah Naidu said that the two States were bound to have disputes over several issues. However, the same could be resolved through discussions. He said that the Centre would not differentiate or show favouritism towards any State including Andhra Pradesh.
He made it clear that the rules for waiver of farm loans for other States would be applicable to Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and they would not get any special treatment from the Centre.
When asked for reaction on the controversy over Sania Mirza's appointment as the Brand Ambassador of Telangana State, Venkaiah Naidu refused to comment anything on the issue.
