KCR to market Telangana in Singapore Hyderabad, Aug 19 (INN): Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao expressed confidence of mobilising investment for the Telangana State during his visit to Singapore from Tuesday night.
Replying to a query on his first ever foreign trip in his life, KCR said he would be marketing Telangana in Singapore, where he would be attending the conference of Indian Institute of Management(IIM) Alumni Association.
He will be accompanied by Finance Minister Etela Rajender and other senior officials. He said that Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and other dignitaries were also attending the conference scheduled to be held on August 22nd and 23rd.
It may be mentioned that KCR never visited any foreign country in his life. In fact, he did not have a passport till he become the Chief Minister. He got his passport only a week ago.
