Palwai condemns Komatireddy's remarks Hyderabad, March 5 (INN): Rajya Sabha MP Palwai Govardhan Reddy has strongly condemned Nalgonda MLA Komatireddy Venkatreddy for criticising the Congress High Command over selection of Uttam Kumar Reddy as the new TPCC chief.
Speaking to media persons here on Thursday, Palwai said Uttam Kumar Reddy was among the five new PCC chief who were appointed by the Congress High Command. He said that the appointments were made to rejuvenate the party. He said that appointment has been welcomed by almost all leaders in the State and therefore, Komatireddy too should either accept the decision or remain silent.
Palwai said that Komatireddy should not target the Congress party to implement his personal agenda.
The Congress MP also alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Ministers K Chandrashekar Rao (Telangana) and N Chandrababu Naidu (Andhra Pradesh) have neglected the people's welfare and were busy executing their political agenda. He said their attitude has caused much hardship to the common people. Further, he said KCR has turned the entire government into a family affair and except for his family members, no one has a say in the government or his own party.
