Special buses for SSC exams Hyderabad, March 25 (INN): For the convenience of students who are appearing for the SSC examinations of Andhra Pradesh State, which are commencing from Thursday, the APSRTC is operating adequate number of buses to allow the students free travel from their residence to the examination center and back, on the strength of SSC Public Examination Hall Ticket & Free/Concessional Bus pass irrespective of distance; origin and destination places mentioned in their Free/Concessional Bus pass concerned.
This facility is valid only during the period from March 26 to April 11 only on the strength of Examination Hall Ticket and Free/Concessional Bus passes. The above free Travel facility is provided even if the government declares a public Holiday or General Holiday in respect of any date/dates mentioned above. The students will be allowed in express buses also with combi-ticket, on the strength of hall ticket during the period of examinations. If the student does not have any Free/Concessional bus Pass, normal fare will be collected and ticket will be issued.
The Regional Managers concerned will be in touch with District Educational officers concerned to operate adequate number of buses, according to a press release.
