AP CS reviews integration of Janmabhoomi grievances Hyderabad, April 23 (INN): At a meeting today with the Officials of Information Technology, Andhra Pradesh Chief Secretary I.Y.R. Krishna Rao has reviewed on the requirements for integration of Janmabhoomi grievance applications into Meekosam portal.
The Chief Secretary has briefed on the existing system of Meekosam Portal ' an unique ID will be generated for each grievance. Problem in Ids and Departments can be categorized clearly in this portal. To avoid duplicity mobile number of the applicant is mandatory and taking is Aadhar Card number of the applicant is optional. There is clarity in database of the Villages, Mandals, Divisions and the Officer who has to look after the issue. The stage-wise status of Grievance will be mentioned in the system.
Separate masters maintained for the districts, mandal, villages and division. Financial or non-financial issues, community and individual related issues will be defined. Type of the grievance viz., Monday grievance, general grievance, Janmabhoomi grievance and SC/SC grievance - option has been given clearly in the system. Time limit for each grievance has also been provided in the system except financial related issues.
Lacking of Department and category Ids the Janmabhoomi applications will not be displayed in Meekosam portal. Phone numbers (mandatory) and Aadhar Card numbers (optional) are to be captured for every grievance application. For each grievance the officer specification is required. Clarity among the district, village and mandals and clarity in attachments for each are essential for integration.
Decision has been taken to overcome the things - to gather all above requirements 25 working days time is required and need support from the database of Janmabhoomi. Up to 75% data can be ported in Meekosam and remaining petitions can be filled manually as there is a provision to enter Janma Bhoomi petitions in the Meekosam portal.
