GHMC calls for tenders for FOBs, Bus Bays Hyderabad, Aug 3 (INN): The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has called the tenders for the construction of five foot over bridges / sub ways and 103 bus bays to make Hyderabad signal free city with a cost of Rs. 9.18 crores.
The foot over bridges will be constructed at Muffakham Jah Engineering College, Shamshabad bus stop, I.S. Sadan, Santosh nagar, Nehru Zoological Park and National Police Academy with a cost of Rs. 403.80 lakhs.
GHMC Commissioner and Special Officer Somesh Kumar said that construction of bus bays at different locations in all the 18 circles all together there will be around 103 numbers of bus bays which will be taken up with a cost of Rs. 515 lakhs to this effect the tender process has begun and the work will be taken up very soon.
