Govt seeks permission for three medical colleges Hyderabad, Aug 31 (INN): The Telangana Government has approached the Medical Council of India (MCI) seeking permission for three new medical colleges in the State.
According to sources, the Telangana Government wants to start a medical college in Mahabubnagar district by converting the district government hospital into a 1000-beded hospital. It has also sought permission for two private medical colleges in Medak district.
