TDP MLA Rajender Reddy Joins in TRS Another shock has hit the TDP in Telangana State. After losing three MLA'S Vivek goud, Errabelli Dayakar Rao and T Prakash Goud another MLA has left the party. Narayanapet TDP MLA Rajender Reddy in Mahabubnagar district quit TDP and joined TRS in presence of TRS leaders Harish Rao and Tummala Nageshwar Rao.
CBN has conducted a meeting with party leaders today evening to discuss about the party scenario amid merger speculations. Shockingly, Rajender Reddy attended the meeting and he took oath along with remaining five MLAs and pledged to continue in the party. After taking oath, Rajender Reddy drove straight and admitted in TRS.
Rajendar Goud exit is seen as the death knell for the party in Telangana. With the exit of Rajendar Goud, the strength of TTDP in the Assembly has dropped to five. The TTDP had won 15 seats in Telangana in 2014 elections and within 18 months ten MLA'S have defected to the pink party. The MLA'S are now planning to submit a petition to Speaker Madhusudhana Chary requesting to allow their merger into TRS.
