TITA Global, Telangana Committee Takes Oath Hyderabad, January 20, 2019: Telangana Information Technology Association (TITA) gets its new Global Working Committee and Telangana Working Committee with its new office bearers taking oath. Chairman of Telangana Water Resources and TITA Mentor V Prakash joins as Chief Guest in the oath taking ceremony. Following Global President Sundeep Kumar Makthala's oath, the Global Working Committee and Telangana Working Committee members took oath. The new committees will oversee the activities for the tenure 2019-22.
Sundeep Kumar Makthala and the committee members came out with an action plan for the next three years. TITA has taken a decision to support and nurture startups in a big way. The association will work towards enabling youth to create jobs rather than seeking jobs. The committees have emphasized on increasing the membership base of the association and push digital literacy. Student Chapter will work towards guiding the students and youth in skill development and career planning.
Speaking on the occasion Makthala said, with the support of TITA's chapters, Telangana government and the techies working in different nations will strive towards organizing World Telangana IT Congress. Bringing IT investments, technology from other nations will be other major areas the association plans to concentrate in the near future.
With the aim to take digital literacy to rural areas of Telangana, TITA has taken several initiatives in the past. Startups will be given special attention in the current tenure, as per the committee decision. This will boost entrepreneurship in Telangana to reach next level, he conveyed.
